    • Our project instructions and checklists are followed
    • QA checks have been performed by our quality specialists
    • Feedback has been provided to translators in an appropriate form aiming at improving translator's performance

Our project backup planning covers data security and retrieval as well as for human resource adequacy and replacement in order to cater for unexpected issues.

  • Advertising in specialised publications and online market places.
  • Strictly defined selection process:
    • Minimum qualifications
      • Native speakers of the target language.
      • University-level degree.
      • For translators and revisers: Translation experience in specific subject fields.
      • For revisers and quality specialists: experience in translation revision and language quality assurance
      • Computer literacy
      • Experience in computer aided translation tools
    • CV evaluation
    • Test translation / revision
    • Interview
    Translator/Reviser Assignment
    Translators/revisers are assigned to projects taking into consideration their special capabilities and their Professional experience in relation with the project requirements: subject field, language pair, volume, schedule.

Performance Monitoring and Evaluation
The Translators/Revisers have a very close collaboration with the Coordinators and the Quality Assurance manager through regular meetings, conference calls, and monthly reports ensuring effective monitoring. They are evaluated with the use of our internal Quality Assurance procedures as well as the Customer Evaluations and Feedback.
